JOB TITLE

CLIENT CARE & WARRANTY SPECIALIST

Job Summary:

You will be a part of our team’s non-traditional sales approach where the focus is on building connections with clients, understanding their needs, and creating meaningful relationships over upselling. We prioritize client satisfaction through active listening and attention to detail so we can make every interaction count. A crucial part of this role is acting as the liaison between SWS and the client for warranties, ensuring that claims are processed efficiently and accurately, looping in the necessary departments. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, a keen ability to troubleshoot, exemplify the SWS core values, have a commitment to continuous learning, and passion for client care.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver world-class service to all clients, including end users, distributors, and OEM’s.
  • Be a trusted adviser for clients, suggesting appropriate “Essentials” products, product requirements, diagnosing problems and recommending solutions.
  • Proactively engage with clients to build and strengthen relationships, encourage feedback, and promote loyalty through personalized attention.
  • Work in the warranty and repairs department to receive, process and review warranty claims from clients, verify their eligibility, ensure their adherence to the company’s policies and ensure client satisfaction throughout the entire process.
  • Inspect damaged products sent in by customers coordinating with other departments as necessary to determine proper replacement or fix, if any.
  • Provide technical support / troubleshooting assistance.
  • Handle all incoming client communications, including, phone calls, emails, Accounts Receivable related inquiries and discrepancies, ensuring a prompt and positive experience.
  • Efficiently and accurately process and file client orders, quotes, invoices and reports.
  • Provide prompt support on delivery dates, tracking information, product inquiries, pricing, and lead times, communicating effectively with the team to obtain information as needed.
  • Actively develop knowledge of key accounts, pricing structure and product knowledge through training and hands on experience.
  • Assisting in gathering information to actively build an FAQ.
  • Participation in quality meetings, sharing client feedback to suggest improvement initiatives.

PROCESS COORDINATOR

Job Summary:

As Process Coordinator at SWS Warning Lights Inc., you will play a critical role in enhancing the efficiency of our manufacturing processes. A key responsibility of this role is the development and maintenance of comprehensive manufacturing process documentation for knowledge transfer and training purposes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to the continuous advancement of our manufacturing capabilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Continuously analyze existing production processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to optimize these processes for increased efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Assist with developing and maintaining quality control systems to ensure that products meet client expectations and industry standards, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of new processes and technologies into the existing production environment.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of process improvements, and project outcomes, reporting progress and results.
  • Maintain, calibrate, and ensure the quality of a broad scope of production machinery.
  • Provide input during the design stage for manufacturability of products and related processes
  • Provide comprehensive manufacturing process documentation, operating and product instructions.
  • Assist with the design of and then maintain build and test jigs and fixtures.
  • Conduct system capacity and debottlenecking studies.
  • Administer engineering changes, both for new parts and parts currently in production.

Qualifications:

  • Collaborate with engineering team to research, design, develop, update, and test systems, components, and products.

Qualifications:
